The phase that we're in now is that Agentic programming + offshore operator is a lot cheaper than agentic programming + onshore operator. So this makes sense. We're not quite at the point where the operator can go away. And also makes more sense that concepts like "10x" don't exist any more because the speed is the speed of the LLM. So why hire onshore?
